Shipping Information
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days of order placement and shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.
Wholesale orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from receipt of order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently we are only shipping within the US, but we plan to change that in the near future.

We hope you love the items we make by hand for you. In the event that it’s not what you wanted, let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your order, explaining what you need, and we will figure out a way to help.

Help my Jewelry is Tarnished!
We hope you enjoy your new Sita jewelry. It is the nature of sterling silver and natural brass to tarnish over time. A polishing cloth is included with every order, and works wonders at getting it back to that original shine. Brass can develop a wonderful honeyed tone over time if left untouched, but either way it is up to you!

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $8.50. Any retail order over $75 ships free.
